Hiking Peru Festivals

Hiking Peru offers you the possibility to visit some original festivals in the Cuzco region. Inti Raymi and Qoyllur R'iti are the most popular festivals, but below these you can find the calendar with all the festivals in and around Cuzco. Qoyllur R'iti (3 days / 2 nights)

One of the most interesting festivals in the Andean region, where the indian people from all around arrive to worship the APUs (mountain spirits) and do their ceremonies and dances.

Inti Raymi (1 day)

Inti Raymi is a festival to worship the sun which returns every year. It is an old Inca festival celebrated in the Cuzco and Sacsayhuaman (Inka ruins overlooking the city of Cuzco).
