CIRCUIT: CUSCO-HUARO CONDO - WATA – CACHICATA – OLLANTA –MACHPICCHU - CUSCO
This program is 3 days of hike by the highlands of the Sacred Valley of Incas and one day of guided tour of Machupicchu archeological site.
DAY 1: CUSCO-HUAROCONDO-WATTA-CHILLIPAHUA
6:00 am Departure from Cusco in direction of Huarocondo, the journey lasts approximately 40 minutes and then we visit the beautiful colonial church, which houses in its interior a Baroque altarpiece bathed in gold leaf and oil paintings and murals. Then we move into our private bus to the start of the walk where we expect our horse and mule which will help us carry our things.
Our hike will ascend by 2:30 minutes and visit the archaeological site of Watta and then enjoy lunch prepared by our andean chef.
Continue to the village of Chillipahua where we will have our first camp.
DAY 2: CHILLIPAHUA-PUCAC'ASA-CHANCACHUCO
Very early in the morning after breakfast we start our walk to climb the mountain Pucac'asa where we will have our delicious lunch prepared by our andean chef. During the walk you will enjoy the variety of flora and fauna in the region and has also see people with ancestral customs of the region of Cusco.
Pucac'asa will cross that have a height of 3900 where we will have a spectacular view of the lagoon Huaypo and the stunning snow of Veronica. Then descend to the valley of Chancachuco where they spend the night.
DIA 3 CHANCACHUCO-WAYLLAPATA-AGUAS CALIENTES
Early morning after breakfast we start our trek, we will see some birds in the area and if we are lucky we will see the sacred bird of the Incas, the condor. Reaching out to be higher where Cachic'ata has a fabulous view of the Sacred Valley and the impressive snow of Veronica. Descend to the archaeological site of Wayllapata and we will have our lunch. Continue to decline towards the town of Ollantaytambo where we take the train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes where we spend the night in a hostel.
DAY 4: AGUAS CALIENTES-CUSCO-MACHU PICCHU
Early morning after breakfast we head into the hostel to Machupicchu archaeological site, where we will have an explanation nuestro guide, then visit the important places like Intiwatana, the three windows of the temple, the temple of the moon, urban areas and among others, also have free time to take photos or
And finally we return to Cusco
